Shipping and handling policy

We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and in India at minimal cost. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. For cash on delivery 100 rupees extra charge, we will add add this 100 extra charges in bill For international shipments some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the door bell..

Calculating Shipping Cost

For Domestic
Shipping cost is included in each item's price for INDIA. We have Fair & Transparent shipping rates.
For International
International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Shipping rates are based on per Kg of the product. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams. For international shipment shipping charges are extra, For international order whatsapp or mail us on online@liklee.com

Shipments

Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, we will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account.

Transit Risk SHIVASH SALES & SERVICES is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, if customer find any damage or cut in parcel then they must make opening video of parcel as a proof. If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days and after confirmation from customer, then after we will reprocess / reship or refund the order, but it will depend upon the product availability

Tracking Your Order As soon as the product is dispatched, we will send you an email or whatsapp text regarding the shipment of your order, when the product is handed over to the Courier. Email or whatsapp text will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail along with date of expecting delivery.

Address change requests Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to whatsapp or mail us on online@liklee.com and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or incomplete address If the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or courier fees & Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Zipcode/pincode is compulsory in address All products are firstly polythene packed & taped. Then delivered to the courier service person. For each products dispatched time is same day or next day. These are indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of product and other factors. It is advisable to email or whatsapp us with the product codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

What if any delays If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if it is in production process or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or whatsapp and for the same no compensation will be given. However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it.. Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.

VAT & customs duties VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
